The Ideal IG Strategy

The Instagram Algorithm is one of the most unpredictable yet powerful tools to grow your brand and organic traffic to your website. To take maximum advantage of the platform, we posted two times a day and leaned on easy-to-understand graphics, memes, and UGC. In addition, we aimed to create follow-along videos like breathing exercises, guided meditations, and trends that people can relate to.

The Challenge

Our challenge was to help people see and understand the entire Art of Living organization and values. We wanted to shift the spotlight from the leader Sri Ravishankar to the rest of the organization as a whole. In particular, we wanted to emphasize specific programs and initiatives that are central to the organization’s values.

It was crucial for us to include several other key players other than Sri Sri Ravishankar himself.

The Breakthrough

Through the introduction and engagement of our team, we were able to boost AOL’s Instagram presence. We began creating more videos highlighting other team leaders and sharing quotes from them to show the different faces that make up the AOL team.

We began with 150k followers, and we were able to get them over 250k followers.

The Takeaway

Think of social media like a cocktail party. You don’t want to be the person who stands in the corner and listens. You want to be the one who draws out conversations and knows how to make small talk with anyone. Think about what your brand wants to say and choose platforms to convey your message.
